🎓 Careers in Sport Conference – Edgbaston Cricket Ground 🏏 Friday 27th February Last Friday, a selected group of our prospective sports education and career-focused students had the fantastic opportunity to attend the Careers in Sport conference at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham. Throughout the day, students engaged with a wide range of industry professionals, asking questions and exploring the many pathways available within the world of sport. Keynote speakers included teachers, lecturers, sports media executives, business owners, sports rehabilitation specialists and representatives from professional sports teams. Each speaker offered valuable insights into their day-to-day roles, responsibilities and experiences within their sector, giving students a realistic and inspiring look into future career possibilities.
