⚽ ESFA U13 National Cup Success ⚽ Congratulations to our Year 8 Football Squad, who have reached Round 8 (Quarter Finals) of the ESFA Under 13 National Cup placing them among the final eight teams in the country!
On Friday 30th January, the squad travelled to Robert Bloomfield Academy in Shefford, Bedfordshire, for their Round 7 fixture. After a tense match finished 0–0 at full time, the players showed real resilience and belief. Inspired by a motivating team talk from Anton Bellagoshi before their two-hour journey, the team stepped up in extra time, scoring two excellent goals to secure a 2–0 victory.
The journey continues with the quarter-final being played at home after February half term. Best of luck to the whole squad we’re incredibly proud of you!
